Development and implementation corporate education and marketing activities
Identified need
All education and marketing activities should be a part of the organization´s strategy to reach their financial goals. The activities should also follow the organization's values. My experience is that many companies routinely are investing money, time and energy in different kinds of education and marketing activities without analyze or evaluating whether it takes the organisation to its financial goals.
Solution
I always start a new project by finding out why the activities need to happen, followed by what needs to happen, when and after that how and not the other way around. Through past evaluations I have found that the purpose of holding most educational activities including conferences etc are to deliver knowledge, news, inspiration, exchange experiences and for networking with employees, partners and customers. These comprise a recipe to reach companies' financial goals.
I help my clients find creative, cost- and time-effective solutions. I ensure that my clients' projects are achieved on time, within budget, and that managers, stakeholders and partners are motivated and involved.
